Whether you are suffering after a bereavement or divorce, whether you are experiencing panic attacks, general anxiety or depression, therapy can guide you to a better understanding of yourself and how to cope.  I work mainly with a psychodynamic approach, recognising that current distress and experiences may be influenced by early life experiences.  I will provide a safe, warm and confidential enviroment to identify, explore and work through what is troubling you.  This approach is aimed at allowing you to understand yourself at a deeper level rather than purely seeking symptom relief.
